Q. I lost my item in the haunted house – what should I do?

A. You should NOT walk backwards through the haunted houses to look for lost items. The haunted houses are self directed and are only ONE WAY. For any lost items contact lost and found.

Q. What type of bag am I allowed to bring into Fright Nights?

A. There are only two types of bags allowed:
1. A CLEAR BAG (plastic, vinyl or PVC bags) no larger than 12” x 6” x 12.” Bag cannot be tinted.
or
2. A SMALL CLUTCH BAG (either solid or clear) no larger than 6” x 9” approximately the size of a hand or wallet.
One bag per person.

Q. What time does the event start?

A. The Midway and outdoor “Scare Zones” open at 6:00pm. The haunted mazes open at 7:00pm. However, you may get in line as early as 6:30pm

Q. Can I leave the park and re-enter during the event?

A. No. There is no re entry if you leave.

Q. Is there a charge for parking?

A. Yes. Parking is $10 per vehicle.

Q. Are your haunts handicapped accessible?

A. Yes. The majority of our haunts are handicapped accessible.

Q. Can I bring my young children?

A. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. It is NOT recommended that children under the age of 12 be brought into the haunted houses due to the images, sounds and fear that the child may experience

Q.Where can I buy Thursday night BOGO tickets?

A. BUY ONE, GET ONE FREE “BOGO” tickets are NOT available on this website. You must watch for them on our social media (Facebook and Instagram) and follow the special link provided. It will take you to the Fright Night’s BOGO ticketing page. Bogos are valid on Thursdays only.

Q.Why can’t I buy a BOGO ticket at the gate?

A. BUY ONE, GET ONE FREE (BOGO) tickets will only be sold though social media channels. They are not available at the gate.

Q.Why can’t I buy a BOGO ticket ON Thursday?

A. BUY ONE, GET ONE FREE (BOGO) tickets will only be sold (though social media channels) on Friday(s) through Wednesday(s) on the following dates:
9/11 – 10/11
10/13 – 10/18
10/20 – 10/25
BOGO tickets must be purchased in advance as they will not be sold on Thursdays.
BOGO ticket sales will end Wednesday(s) at midnight.

Q. What are Fright Credits and how do I spend them?

With each FRIGHT NIGHTS TICKET purchased, guests receive 30 Fright Credits to spend however they please. These credits can be used for:
• Haunts: 10 credits each
• Rides: 4-5 credits each
* Additional Fright credits can be purchased on the Midway at $1 per Fright Credit
Fright Tickets and Fright Credits are non-refundable

Q. I did not make it through all of the haunted houses. Are Fright Tickets and/or Fright Credits refundable?

A. No, Fright tickets/ fright credits are not refundable. Entrance to all haunts is not guaranteed due to wait times. This is why our basic Fright ticket provides enough Fright Credits for a combination of rides and/or 3 haunted houses instead of 4. If the wait times are not long, you may chose to purchase credits for an additional haunted house or midway rides.

Q.How does the Thursday night BOGO ticket work? Do I have to buy two tickets?

A. You only need to purchase ONE ticket to get the second one free. When you purchase ONE Thursday admission to Fright Nights, you will receive two QR codes to be scanned at the gate. Follow our social media to find BOGO ticket sales as they are NOT available through our website. Bogos are valid on Thursdays only.

Q. Will I be touched by an actor?

A. Our actors are trained not to touch you, and in turn, you are not to touch them. Any person touching or accosting our scare actors in any way will be escorted from the premises.

Q. What if I am too scared to finish a maze?

A. If you are too scared to continue, we have several exit points that you will be directed to so that you may exit the haunt.

Q. Can I smoke or vape?

A. Smoking cigarettes or vapes is not allowed in lines or in mazes. However, you may smoke in other general outdoor areas.

Q. Can I wear a costume to the park?

A. Only “limited” Halloween costumes are allowed on site. However, at no time can a park visitor wear a costume that conceals their face. Scare masks and/or face paint are NOT allowed. For safety reasons, only actors will be allowed to wear masks or facial disguises inside the amusement park. Security may turn you away if you are wearing a costume that is deemed inappropriate.

Q. Do you have express passes?

A. Yes, we sell limited R.I.P. tickets that may be purchased on the midway ONLY.

Q. Can I buy R.I.P tickets online?

A. No. R.I.P. tickets may be purchased on the midway ONLY.
R.I.P. tickets are not sold on the website or in advance. Limited tickets will be available each night on the midway.
